Terms and conditions

Quotations

Every quotation states the price, what it includes and what it excludes, and the date it is valid until. Prices hold until that date, subject to airline and hotel availability at the time of confirmation.

A quotation is not a booking. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken until you accept in writing.

Payment schedule

Bookings confirm on 25% of the total. The balance falls due in two instalments as printed on your quotation, with the final instalment 7 days before departure. GST is charged as applicable on the tour services component and shown as a separate line.

Changes by you

You may move your travel dates once, free of charge, up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability and any airline fare difference. Later changes are quoted case by case.

Changes by us

If a supplier withdraws a service we will offer an equivalent or better alternative at no extra cost, or a full refund of the affected component. We do not substitute a lower standard silently.

Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. We file visas where the package says so, but a visa decision belongs to the issuing government and a refusal is not a service failure.

Liability

We are liable for the services we contract and supply. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, airline schedule changes, strikes and road closures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is excluded unless your card says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
